Introduction

As children we were taught to speak, but not how to communicate. We learned how to communicate by observing people around us…But the people close to us also never have been taught to communicate effectively. The good news is that we can learn the skills and use the tools to get our point across more effectively and more precisely. By learning to communicate better, it can help us both in our personal and professional lives.
